These terms apply to all bookings and purchases made with Savehands Goalkeeping Ltd ("SGK", "we", "us"), including group sessions, 1-2-1 coaching, camps and events, club partnerships, match analysis, The Hub and anything bought through our website or booking system. By booking or buying, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
Savehands Goalkeeping Ltd is registered in Scotland (company number SC596350), with its registered office at 71 Woodland Crescent, Glasgow, G72 8QW. Contact us at info@savehandsgk.com or on 07738 923 403.
Many of our goalkeepers are under 18, so bookings for children must be made by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for the information they give us.
Your first group session is free. A taster is open to new goalkeepers only, is limited to one per goalkeeper, and is subject to availability. You must book in advance through our booking system. If you decide to continue after the taster, you can book and subscribe for the weekly sessions.
- Places are confirmed only when your booking is accepted and any payment due has been received.
- Prices are shown at the time of booking and include VAT where it applies.
- Payments are taken securely through our booking and payment providers. We do not store full card details.
- We may change prices for future bookings, but never for a booking you have already confirmed.
- 1-2-1 sessions: payment is due before the session. If you cancel a 1-2-1 session less than 8 hours before it starts, payment will still be required.
- If you cannot attend a session, please tell us as soon as possible. We may offer a credit or an alternative session at our discretion.
- Camps and events run on set dates, so bookings are generally non-refundable. If you ask us in good time, we may offer a refund, credit or transfer to another date at our discretion.
- If we cancel a session, camp or event, we will offer you a replacement date, a credit or a full refund of what you paid for it.
- For online products such as The Hub, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Contact us and we will explain how this works.
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Sessions are held at outdoor and indoor venues. We may change the time, venue or coach, or cancel a session, because of bad weather, venue closures, safety concerns or low numbers. We will let you know as soon as we reasonably can, and section 5 explains what happens if we cancel.
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for their child's supervision before and after sessions, including drop-off and pick-up.
- Please arrive on time, and make sure your goalkeeper has suitable kit, footwear, gloves and water for the weather.
- Please tell us about any medical condition, injury, allergy or additional need that could affect your goalkeeper's safety, and keep your emergency contact details up to date.
- We expect respectful behaviour from everyone. We may stop a goalkeeper from taking part, or ask a parent to leave, if behaviour puts anyone's safety or enjoyment at risk.
Goalkeeping and football carry a risk of injury. We take reasonable care to run sessions safely, and coaches may stop or adjust an activity if they believe it is unsafe. By booking, you confirm that your goalkeeper is fit to take part. In an emergency, we may arrange first aid or call emergency services and will contact you as soon as possible.
We are committed to the safety and welfare of every child and young person who takes part in our sessions. If you have any concern about a goalkeeper's welfare or about the conduct of anyone at an SGK session, please raise it with us straight away at info@savehandsgk.com or on 07738 923 403.
We may take photos and video at sessions, camps and events for coaching and to promote SGK. We will ask for parental or guardian consent before using images of a child in our marketing, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for more.
- Access to The Hub is personal to the goalkeeper it is booked for. Please do not share login details, videos or materials with others.
- Content, videos and materials are provided for personal coaching use only and must not be copied, shared or republished without our written permission.
- We will take reasonable steps to keep The Hub available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of interruptions.
This section applies when you buy The Last Line (eBook, paperback or both) from us through this website. Payment is taken securely by Stripe, and we do not store your card details.
Pre-orders. You pay when you order. The eBook is due to be released on 23 November 2026 and the paperback on 7 December 2026. These dates are our current plan and may change. If a date changes, we will email you. If we are more than 30 days late, you can cancel for a full refund.
Free bonus. Pre-orders include the free SGK Principles of Play eBook, which we will email to you.
Delivery. Paperbacks are delivered free to UK addresses only. We do not post paperbacks outside the UK. The eBook is available worldwide and is sent by email or download link.
Cancelling a pre-order. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before we send or release it, by emailing info@savehandsgk.com.
Paperbacks. After delivery you have 14 days to tell us you want to cancel, and then a further 14 days to send the book back to us in its original condition. You pay the cost of returning it unless the book is faulty or damaged. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving it back.
eBooks. Because an eBook is digital content, once it has been delivered or downloaded you lose the right to cancel and we cannot offer a refund, unless the file is faulty and we are unable to fix it.
Faulty or damaged books. If your book arrives damaged or faulty, email us and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights.
Match analysis reports are based on the footage and information you provide. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to share any footage with us. Reports are coaching guidance and are not a guarantee of selection, progress or results.
We work hard to help every goalkeeper develop, but progress depends on many things, including the individual goalkeeper. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, such as selection, trials, signings or contracts.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of us breaching these terms, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions.
All content on our website and in our coaching materials, including text, logos, graphics, videos, training plans and frameworks, belongs to SGK or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to any booking made after the date shown at the top.
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
