• 15 session split between Performance and pitch based sessions
• Details performance data passport
• 2 x Goalkeeping Performance testing ( Day 1 and Final day)
• Session varies from 60 Minutes - 90 Minutes  sessions
• Normantec Recovery boot session after each Performance session 
• Package includes  improving the Goalkeepers Explosive power, Lateral and Linear  Power/ Speed ,Flexibility & Reaction Speed
• All sessions include Activision for the goalkeeper to be ready for the demands
• 2 x Hot Yoga Session
