  • Session varies from 60 Minutes - 90 Minutes  sessions
  • Normantec Recovery boot session after the Performance session 
  • Session to include  1 -3  from the  Goalkeepers Explosive power, Lateral and Linear  Power/ Speed ,Flexibility & Reaction Speed
  • All sessions include Activision for the goalkeeper to be ready for the demands
